Landscape design and 3D plans

Site measurement, a scaled plan and 3D views, so you see the yard before it is built.

The design visit covers how you use the yard now and how you want to use it. We measure, photograph and note grades, sun and shade, existing trees and drainage.

You get a scaled plan with materials and a 3D view from the house and the street. One or two rounds of changes are normal before the plan is final.

The plan becomes the quote. Every patio, wall, bed and light is listed, so you can phase the work over two or three seasons if the budget calls for it.

Design fees are often credited toward the build when the same crew does the work. Ask for that in writing.
